A single-family home “whole house” remodel for a developer in the Berkeley hills.  The Santa Barbara project was the upper-floor remodel of a single-family home in Berkeley. The remodel created a new master bedroom, a full bath and more head room with the addition of a dormer. Additional windows created a bright space with beautiful views of the bay.
